Welcome to the very first episode of the Shape Your Life Podcast. We talk about 5 ways to get motivated post Covid.

For 3 months all gyms were forced to close due to Covid - 19, the impact this had on many who exercised for physical and more importantly, mental health started to really feel the effects of isolation and no exercise. Suicide rates spiked up tremendously and it's scientifically proven that exercise is great for mental health.

If you haven't met us, my name is Joe and this is Lorah, we are both personal trainers are the founders of Shape. We started Shape to help people live better lifestyles and to spread a good message to our community. As individuals we both see the tremendous benefit exercise has on a person. From achieving our own personal health goals to helping hundreds of of our clients do so too.
