Our second story today is from Oliver Chapman who has experienced depression and suicidal thoughts when he was teenager. He reflects on his childhood, his behaviour patterns and the process leading up to when he felt noticeably depressed and suicidal. Oliver also talks about his process of receiving help, this includes; his time in an in-patient facility, learning empathy and what happened when he left the hospital.
