I used to think it was just me. Stuck in this cage, when by all accounts I have every tool I need to get out of it. But as I’ve dropped just about everything in order to dig in and figure out what the hell is wrong with me, I’ve met quite a few other women who are exceptionally intelligent, capable, creative, attractive, and ….. stuck. They’re trapped in their own cages too. They don’t feel like they’re living up to their potential or doing enough, being enough….And for some it’s just the opposite. “I’m way too much this. I’m way too much that.” And I want to know why. I want to help self-critical women feel seen so that they can stop fighting for approval and find inner peace. And that’s why I created the She Is Uncaged Podcast. Each week I’ll be interviewing women who have been there. They’ve felt completely trapped, stuck, caged….and they somehow managed to find a way out.
