Helen Eifert is the Founder, Manager, Player and Captain of the Arizona Sidewinders, a team in the Western Ultimate League. She was an early organizer and team representative of League Development Committee of the Western Ultimate League as well. 

The Arizona Sidewinders are the first professional ultimate team in the state of Arizona! Helen is truly a trailblazer and was a gem to chat with. Enjoy our episode!
