The theme continues with a new opposition party to the suffragette movement. Women can be opponents to women’ causes too. It’s not difficult to fault women who managed to gain status by being perfect Stepford wives complementing their husbands stash of trophies. Some were raised to be obedient, and voiceless. They were taught to be grateful and sadly, that extended to their rights to many basic civil rights granted for men.
