Sometimes when the Lord speak to us through the Holy Spirit we fail to hear or take heed to him. We often lean on our own understanding and not lean on God's word. We get distracted by our feelings and what we want to do. Just a reminder if you claim Jesus as your Lord and Savior then you gave up your life when you surrendered to his Lordship. Now it is time to listen to his Spirit and be guided into the life God has prepared for you to always bring him Glory and you a future and hope, like he promises.
