Two host, two different artists. Will they ever get along? We are shaking it up today and each hosting a segment about an artist that we've been listening to. First up, Wardell Gray, a tenor saxophonist who Charlie has been featuring on WCKR. Then we end with a favorite of mine, Blossom Dearie. Jazz pianist, vocalist and lovable eccentric. Each artist is from two entirely different eras of jazz music. Really fun times and music to be heard by all.

Shellac Attack is a light-hearted, jazz podcast for the vinyl rabid and jazz-curious. Every month we discuss an artist or movement accompanied by a playlist for you to follow along with at home. Hosts are Lily Mac and Charles Iselin.
