Rewinding back—I finally get to explore one of my favorite aspects of movies and tv shows—music scoring! I am bringing on score composer and producer Dara Taylor! Dara has contributed to films major films like Bad Moms, A Bad Mom’s Christmas, the action-comedy sequel Shaft, Pitch Perfect 3, and many more. As for tv shows, her musical voice stretches all the way from Amazon series The Boys to CW’s Supernatural. Today, we hear how Dara’s story leads the way for future black female composers and how she continuously integrates her fresh score styling with current and upcoming projects.
