Think. Reflect. Be grateful. Just Stop!
Consider what you allow the festive period to be...
Just give yourself a moment. Breath slower, close your eyes. Shut off from all distractions.
Consider how you spend your unique currency; time, energy & emotion.
Reflect, realign & refocus. Be honest & true to yourself.
You alone have the choice. What gives you pleasure, adds value? What conversely needs to be eliminated? Turn on your switch.
Strip away materialistic, marketing dreams & focus on what makes you happy. Stay humble.
How is this manifested in your world?
Internalise comparison. Consider who, what, how you can become an improved version of yourself.
External & internal cues. Listen! Reflect & appreciate.
What is it? Do more of it!
What features on your list of importance? Focus in on those aspects that mean the most to you.
Be honest & true to yourself.
What do you enjoy? Keep it simple. Add more of that enjoyment into each day!
Think about stress. Physical & mental stress. Can you ease or eliminate any factors?
Time, money, calories. How do you value them?
How we react & respond is truly within our control. Only you can decide on your perspective.
