Hiiii!

It's been a hot minute and a half (and then some!) since I released an episode or made an appearance on social media.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who reached out to make sure I was okay! And for those who didn't even notice I was gone, that's cool too!

So today, I am taking about 20 minutes to share with you why I've been off social media (spoiler alert: there really wasn't a reason), what I've been doing during my break (this is kind of cool), and what's next for me (ok this IS cool!).

Heads up that next week, I'll be sharing my screen while I ask ChatGTP to write me a workout plan for the next 30 days! I'm going to document my progress on social media and would LOVE for you to join me in bearing witness to this experience and sharing your thoughts. I can't wait to see what ChatGTP comes up with!
