We say this every week, but Amanda and I have to agree that this is by far our favourite episode!!!! 

In previous episodes we cover what narcissism and a Narcissist characteristics traits look like.  We wanted to do things a little different and talk about the victim, their friends and family and what triggers look like when you're in the relationship or a new one and how family and friends can also cause triggers with "tough love".

Life & Relationship Coach Lisa Sonni, who is our guest speaker today gives us insight a bit on her personal experience being married to a Narcissist for 9 years but also the right steps and tools that the victim can take to ensure they are not going crazy and build up their confidence again.  As well as excellent tips for friends and family who want to help their loved one have the tools they need and most of all the support during an abusive time.
