With 18 years of experience in the music industry, Cory Nitta, aka Cory Enemy, has honed his skills and talents as a record producer, songwriter, composer, and electronic music artist. At the age of 15, he began to produce music in Ridgecrest CA, a small desert town near Death Valley. At 19, Cory made his way to Los Angeles in order to pursue his passion for music, and has remained there for the last 14 years.

Since moving to LA and infiltrating the music industry on several fronts, Cory has been successfully collaborating, producing and writing music for various commercially successful artists, such as: Will.I.am, Lady Gaga, Chris Brown, TLC, Sia, Carly Rae Jepsen, 30 Seconds To Mars, Griz, Far East Movement, Snakehips, Hey Violet, Katy Perry, Jay Sean, Ellie Goulding, Elohim, Bahari, Steve Aoki, Dizzee Rascal, NAO, AlunaGeorge, Astrid S, Felix Da HouseCat, Starley, N.A.S.A., A-Trak, Sky Ferreira, David Guetta, Bonnie Mckee, Uffie, Passion Pit, Rock Mafia, Dillion Francis, Generations, Ballistik Boyz, The Rampage, Verbal, PKCZ, and Jason Derulo. Cory has contributed to 2 Grammy nominated projects, and in 2013 he was awarded a Juno for Album of the Year, Carly Rae Jepsen.

Cory was mentored by and signed as a producer and artist by super-producer, Dallas Austin (Michael Jackson, Madonna, Gwen Stephani, Pink, Boyz II Men, TLC) in 2007. Four years later, Cory and Dallas formed a partnership as a production team. This partnership officially spanned several years and the two still continue to work together on various projects. Cory has also mentored several producers, Dillon Francis being his most notable protégé. Cory and Dillon self-released an EP called “Ultra” in 2010.

In 2015 Cory founded his own music production company – SPKTRM – focused on forward-thinking "future pop sounds". Since then he has signed two producers, two writers, and two artists. He has built a partnership and close working and personal relationship with the producer writer duo, "Rock Mafia" (Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus). Their various project collaborations have now resulted in a joint publishing venture between Rock Mafia and SPKTRM.

In 2016 Cory partnered SPKTRM with Far East Movement’s company, “Transparent Agency” where he has been instrumental in creating music for Asian markets.

In 2017, Cory formed a friendship as well as a close working relationship with Verbal, the executive creative director of LDH. Through this relationship, Cory formed an official partnership with LDH Japan, where he and his team currently produce and write commercial songs for LHD and Avex J-pop artists in addition to consulting on artist development.
