This isn't so much if an online tool for me, as I prefer a real book that I can hold in my hand. You know, so I can mark it all up, paper clip pages or turn down the corners and highlight my favorite sentences and paragraphs (LOL) but... that being said, it CAN be an online tool!

 

And... I always have people asking me, "Kathy, what books should I be reading?"

So, for simplicity, I keep a list of books I've read, enjoyed and learned from recommend.

Yes! Reading is something I do EVERY day!!!

 

I really can't remember the last time a day came and went that I didn't read... at least a few pages.

 

The right books not only grow us... but grow our business, which in turn... grows our income!  

Online Business Tools - #2 Google Calendar 

 

I've always, always, always used a calendar but... that being said, I was REALLY slow moving to an online calendar and that was a HUGE mistake.

 

Yes, it was a HUGE mistake!

 

Using Google Calendars (yes, I have more than one! LOL) saves me an incredible amount of time. If you don't use Google Calendars... because you aren't sure how -- message me on Facebook or send me an email and I'll be happy to help you.

 

By the way, it's a FREE tool -- free can be a good thing.

 

Online Business Tools - #3 Nozbe

 

Are you a list maker?

 

I sure am.

 

Making a list keeps me on task, helps me to stay organized and there is such a feeling of accomplishment to 'check' things off!

Online Business Tools - #4 Canva 

 

Okay, I'm not crafty... or creative but I sure feel like I am when I use Canva!

 

I say this for those of you like me, who aren't crafty or creative! LOL The good news is... if you are crafty and / or creative,

Canva will work just as well for you, too! 

 

If you use Canva, you know how fun and simple it is to use. If you aren't familiar, let me fill you in. You know all the fun quote images you see on Facebook... or the images in this blog post, for that matter?

 

Online Business Tools - #5 CinchShare 

 

This tool saves me so much time!!! 

 

I love the flexibility it provides for me to work and 'batch' my work when the time is right for me and my schedule.

 

CinchShare, have you tried it? If not, you have to try it! It is beyond amazing! A simple explanation is, you can pre-schedule posts for your Facebook profile, your business page, groups you manage and events!

 

It's an absolute MUST for Facebook Events.  

 

Maybe you have used it before, so you know but I have to ask, "Are you using it on a regular basis to schedule your Facebook posts?"

 

Of not, you need to be! The time it saves, allows you more time to chat and make connections, building the relationships with those you are meeting on Facebook.
