Jen is a survivor of 2 divorces, a mother of a child experiencing addiction and a Enable No More Recovery Coach.  Jen specializes in empowerment and self-recovery, helping hundreds of women affected by a child’s addiction, enabling and codependency to reclaim their lives. 

As a cycle breaker, Jen helps women committed to freeing themselves from trauma, limiting beliefs and false identities. Transforming lives through revolutionary healing techniques and the power of the mind to recover their true identity, inner peace and purpose. Breaking the cycles that bind. 

Jen vulnerably shares her decade-long battle of loving her loved ones with addiction and the mental health challenges that cracked her open to truth and the power to heal through consciousness. Her mantra is “When we heal ourselves, we heal others.” 

Jen is a Contributing Author of  “A Bigger Mission” where she shares her experience around trauma, resistance, addiction and breaking the cycle of suffering. She is a respected coach, speaker, and educator appearing on Lot 48 Film Co upcoming Documentary Finding Balance, WowTV Wellness Wake Up, Podcasts and a spiritual leader in women’s empowerment.
