In this episode we are using the analogy of lanes on the highway of life to know what's our responsibility and what isn't our responsibility. It's so important in our relationships to know what we're in charge of (our own emotions, thoughts, and actions) and what we're not in charge of (everyone else's emotions, thoughts, and actions). It can be so easy in our closest relationships to get these things tangled up and stray into other people's lanes.
