A very common piece of advice that we are given as military wives to get through deployment is to just "stay busy." This can be a good thing but it can also be overdone and you can use it against yourself if you're not careful. Listen to this episode where we focus on productivity and processes and less on the end result. I will also show you how to watch for what you're using to motivate yourself to be productive and to make sure you aren't trying to earn your worth by getting things done each day.
