Last week, Ms. Ellis detailed the heartbreaking narrative that unfolds as victims enter into the life of human trafficking. This week, we will further examine the definition of human trafficking and the various typologies of exploitation that persist in the world today. Ms. Ellis will discuss what we can do to fight against human trafficking, what is currently being done to combat the global economic forces behind human trafficking, and how to respond more effectively to these crimes.
