In 1999 she transplanted to Brooklyn, NY. after retiring from her award winning career as a choreographer. She is also known as recording artist Deepa Soul, recently landing in the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 Club Play Dance Charts for the third time alongside Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears.
