Sis, the December holiday season is called the most wonderful time of the year, a time of happiness and rejoicing but little do society realize for some it’s a time of depression, anxiety,  painful reflection, loneliness, and/or sadness.  Some call it seasonal depression aka the holiday blues. 

However, December is a bittersweet moment for me because I celebrate my birthday, Christmas and not to mention I lost both of my grandparents in the month of December yep the most wonderful time of the year.
