She recounts a story of when she was a little girl she had several night terrors and how she plucked up the courage to 'punch' through them and evaporate the fear - this taught her a very valuable lesson of F.E.A.R. standing for False Evidence Appearing Real and helped her face many fears over 25 years of entrepreneurship.
