imageimageWelcome to another episode of The Six Figure Side Gig Podcast!

Joining us today is Mateo Echabarne. I was recently introduced to Mateo through his business coach and mutual friend Michael O’Neal from The Solopreneur Hour podcast. Mateo has just started his sidegig. Heart Forged Rings, works with couples to design and the make their own wedding or special occasion rings themselves with the guidance of Mateo, a master silversmith. Today Mateo and I discuss how having a business coach for guidance in starting his business has been a huge benefit. He shares how he was able to avoid or recognize issues that may have slowed or stopped another entrepreneur from progressing as a result of having experienced guidance and support. Mateo explains how he was able to utilize Instagram to find and market to his target market and what he has planned next to scale his new business.

All of that and more on today’s episode of The Six Figure Side Gig.

More About This Show:

Mateo grew up in a household with two parents that were silversmiths. His father made jewelry his sidegig and his mother was a full-time silversmith. When Mateo went to shop for his own wedding rings with his bride to be, they found nothing they were happy with. That is when Mateo first had the idea of working with one couple at a time to help them design and create something far more special than a store bought ring. 13 years later he started making jewelry again and along with a business coach is now making his dream a reality.

In this episode you’ll hear:

  • Why it’s never too late to consider starting a sidegig
  • How experienced guidance can save you money and stress
  • Why you should have a defined plan for scaling when starting your business
  • How a coaching group can provide accountability and ideas for growth

Thank you to Mateo Echabarne for taking time from his busy day to speak with us and thanks to you for you for joining us today. See you next time on The Six Figure Side Gig podcast!
