A catalyst is a substance that can be added to a reaction to increase the reaction rate without getting consumed in the process.
As humans, we are constantly in a state of reaction. According to Newton's third law of motion which says to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. We react to circumstances, pressures and situations all the time.
Catalysts refers to right associations, friends, mentors and coaches. They help to accelerate our growth and make us become better. If we must achieve success, then we need these types of catalysts. Success is not in isolation. We need people in our journey that can make us succeed.
