I have been asked to have more discussions on change and change agility as one of the essential skills in the future of work. As I wondered who could best talk about self-transformation and re-invention, I decided that the most fit will be people who are going through change as we speak, or people who have gone through it and were successful or have failed.

My hope is that these discussions will motivate you to forge your own, unique journey, no matter the difficulty. The difference should be that you will know first-hand what to expect and will have higher chances of success because you can prepare.
