This week on the show Nitin Chhoda joins me to talk about why you should never settle for less than what you are capable of.
Nitin is a Indian-American immigrant who came to America and was able to become a Physical Therapist and health professional. A great example of the 'American Dream', he arrived in the US with no money, in a post 9-11 world. In the past, Nitin worked as a waiter in restaurants and waited to eat after guests left, since he couldn't afford his own meal. He has slept in his car since he couldn’t afford to pay the rent. He understands what it means to struggle.
From those positions he has launched several successful business including coaching other PTs to start their own practices and a line of health and skincare products he has branded Total Activation.
Nitin shares stories of the challenges he has faced since coming to the United States as well as some of the failures he encountered along his entrepreneurial journey. He is a true testament of what we are all capable of achieving.
In addition to all of his business endeavors, he also hosts the Ignition Time Podcast and is the author of the book "Total Activation," a dynamic new approach to weight loss and personal wellness.
It is a system modeled in three stages of change: Identity, Compare, Integrate (ICI) which has 5 components: Emotional, Physical, Social, Spiritual and Intellectual (ERSSI).
