Feeling alone or lonely right now? It 's healthy to spend time alone to enjoy our own company.. because self-assuredness comes from within and not externally from others, I believe that's true confidence! But it doesn't always mean we're introverts. There's a period of time when it's necessary for our healing process to seclude ourselves, but it's not healthy to stay that way forever.
