Lindsey currently works as CEO of Garden Spot Village, a retirement community in Lancaster, PA, with 540 employees and 1000 residents. He graduated from Messiah College in 1983 and jumped right into working with adolescents at a residential treatment center while also completing his master’s in social work at Temple University. Lindsey now has more than twenty years of leadership and administrative experience in retirement communities and rehabilitation hospitals.
