In episode 11 of Small Town Big Stories, we hear from Rich Lockhart, Chief of the Warrensburg Police Department.  Lockhart shares a bit about his personal history, as well as discussing such topics as the Crisis Intervention Team, Shop with a Cop, what it is like to live in the same community where he works, and how photography has helped him get through some difficult times in life.

Jill discusses her journey leading up to becoming a cadet in the Police Academy, as well as the things she learned while researching the profession.
