The New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources [NAAAHR New Jersey] exists to further the mission of the nationally-established and recognized organization in providing a unique global forum for the career development of Black and African American human resources professionals.

Our vision is to expand awareness of the impact that diverse, inclusive values and experiences bring to the workforces that support highly successful New Jersey-based companies. We will do this by building and sustaining a chapter that provides ongoing educational, skill-building, and networking opportunities for our individual members, professional partners, and sponsoring corporations. We will also serve as a resource for local women and minority-owned businesses and community-based organizations through our dedicated partnerships within the areas in which we live and work.
