Sarah’s laughter journey began in a not so cheery place – the hospital.  A very specific moment with her 18-month-old daughter who was hospitalized sparked a lifetime of helping others with laughter. Sarah's website, LaughHealthy.com, is full of information on just how powerful laughter is.
