The truth is we have all done it at some stage in our lives, but we tend to self sabotage the most when we're going through a break up, fearful of the unknown and when trying to reach our goals.
We put it out to the people for examples of some of their self sabotaging behaviour and although we can laugh it off sometimes, try and think to yourself the next time you question, doubt, put yourself down, go to that sad song playlist, why am I really doing this and is it good for me to be doing so?
