The hiatus is over... again. Lord we have had a wild past few weeks and needed some time off to process what's been going on in our lives... buuuuuut now we're back with a brand new episode on the problems associated with COMPARISON, COMPETITION AND COMPASSION. 

We hear "comparison is the thief of joy" regularly, but what does that actually mean? How does comparison steal your happiness? We also delve into the concept of being overly competitive bringing you down as well as the problems with having TOO MUCH compassion and being too kind. lol wut? 

Our recommendations for the week: 

Lloyd - Buy 1 house every year for the next 10 years.... good luck with that one guys. On a more achievable note, his other recommendation was "fill your own cup". Make 2021 the year to look after and prioritise you in whatever way you possibly can.
