Growing up in a small town in the Midwest, Talks were secret, coming up in my family, If you told what was (inside) thee doors of a black woman home, their would be consequences. My mother was a single mother who has always instilled worth ethics. Even with being a Workaholic, I still never been able to take a step back to Feel & Heal. Talking allowed me to do so. Best therapy one could ever ask for. Being so relatable to many as my peer allowed me to express and feel, heal and deal.
