Sara's conversation is one with high highs and some lows. She shares her desire for Law School turned consulting expert specifically in the world of Human Capital! After multiple promotions, having a baby, and other life events, Sara decided to pivot when she was offered a role with IHG in the world of hospitality. She certainly knew hotels well after 6 years of traveling for work!
