Regan is an NYU-certified executive and life coach who focuses on helping women who are overprogrammed and underwhelmed to reclaim their lives, both personally and professionally. She contributes to Harvard Business Review and Forbes and has been featured in Fast Company, NBC.com, Today, and Real Simple. She has coached thousands of women through her one-on-one and group coaching programs, and she is regularly asked to give keynotes, facilitate workshops, and speak on panels for Fortune 500 companies. She has done so for clients like Freddie Mac, Nike, Intuit, and JPMorgan. Regan is located in Columbus, Ohio, and coaches people from all over the world.
In addition to that Regan is an author and published her first book, Heart Boss, earlier this year. Ladies, I can not say enough about how incredible Regan’s book “Heart Boss” is! As a woman, as a mom, as an entrepreneur, this book hit home for me in so many ways. She is so real, inspiring, and funny and shares her life and knowledge so authentically that you feel like you’ve made a new friend by the end of the book! We had so much to talk about her motherhood journey and her book and I can't wait for you to listen to this episode!
