It’s not just about writing a check. Employment is about focusing on unlocking the potential of your people. Jill places her stake in the ground by stating that people are more important than the revenue because when you take care of your people first, the business will fall into place. Stats show that high-performing teams come from a culture of trust, empathy, and collaboration.
