I wanted to do something that I haven't done before which is share my own journey with anxiety, beginning with when It first started as a child/teenager and how its affected me and how it compares now that I'm an adult. This was more of free flowing monologue just kind of making sense of my own journey of anxiety which I'm sure Is something you all can relate to.
