Charlotte Jones is a Master of Science prepared registered nurse. After being off the floor for twelve years she travelled from Florida to NYC during the height of the pandemic in NYC. She quickly became a person that wanted to help to quickly becoming helpless. She succumbed to an acute stress Disorder. Since her return she realized that she witnessed a whole unit suffering from Compassion Fatigue. She knew if it happened to her it was happening to others. From the beginning of her recovery, she knew she had to be 90% healed before she could help others. Charlotte took the time to connect her Mind, Body, and Spirit. This alignment has allowed her to not only recover but thrive. Thankfully, she had a lot of tools in her wellness toolkit since she began her journey into personal development in 1996. Since her recovery she is on a mission to help prevent other nurses from suffering from Mental, Trauma and/or Stress Disorders including Compassion Fatigue and Burnout Syndrome. She has created a 1-hour course on Self-Care that is free to local hospitals, nursing school programs and anyone else that employs nurses. The course includes a 10-minute cognitive exercise to help improve physical and mental well-being.
