Sunveer Sohal, also known as Sohalarious is a content creator born and raised in the UK and now residing in Canada. His content creation started on Youtube back in 2015 and he then started making videos on Instagram and Tik Tok.

The show; "Sohalarious Says" will cover a variety of topics from the importance of mental health within the punjabi community - to more general topics and open conversations. Real life and relatable experiences will be highlighted and the aim of the show is to share/spread knowledge and allow listeners to leave with something positive and uplifting. The show will also be bringing some Punjabi music for the listeners with some added UK flavour.
