This framework evolved from decades of pain, exploration and recovery. I’m happy it’s helping making things easier for other trauma survivors, ADHDers and AuDHDers:• Feel: Take better care of yourself with active self-care to regulate your nervous system, work with your energy, and connect with your Self. • Love: Create a life you don’t need to retreat from with Self care to help you accept yourself completely with love, compassion, and kindness. Remember, you're already whole. Peace is within you. • Heal: Help build a world in which everyone feels safe, welcome, loved and able to thrive. Collective care to turn what hurts your heart into action, coregulate and heal with others.
