This week Kristina is talking about an ongoing Human Rights Tribunal in British Columbia, Canada where a transgender woman, Jessica Yaniv, who still has a penis, has brought complaints against 16 different estheticians for refusing to wax her male genitalia.

Kristina goes over a summary of one of the hearings she attended, disturbing allegations that have been brought to light against Jessica,  her thoughts on how we got to the point where we are debating whether or not the state should compel a woman to touch someone's genitals against her will, and of course who is to blame for this whole mess.
