Mental Health and  Spirituality? Can they come together and support one another?  Katy and I say yell YES, YES THEY CAN AND SHOULD!!!

As a trauma informed therapist, Katy utilizes both spirituality and mental health practices for herself and her clients.

Lets not allow spiritual platitudes and fluffy beliefs to cover up REAL mental health issues that need to be addressed.   It is all interconnected but we can't ignore how romantizing spirituality can trap people mentally if they/we are not careful.
Self study and self understanding are the only way to truly take the best of both of both worlds and blend them into the divine humans we are!
