Where does the Autumn Equinox fit in you might be asking? Well... It provides us with possibilities for new rhythms, possible slowing down, new rituals, and opportunities for trying out things and seeing what fits, what feels good, what doesn't feel good, and in the spirit of Equinox letting things go- cleaning our inside house as well as our outside house (if that feels good).
