REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE. What the hell does that even mean? I've been asked some form of this question many times- why would I want to remember that, I'm terrible, unlovable, not enough, or some variation of those? But that isn't what I mean when I look into the eyes of my children, or friends, or your eyes I'm looking deep and speaking to that ancient, child, innocent, playful, curious, part of you and saying -remember. That's what I call out in myself and that's what I call out in you. That's what I'm talking about here today and that is also what we are going to do while we listen- REMEMBER WHO WE ARE!
