Solo episode where I share about my experiences of consciously stepping out of experiences which kept me in a lot of fear and anxiety. The experiences I share about are something that are very much standard in our society. I also reflect on how much of a difference it has made and how those concepts seem so bizarre  once we are on the other side.. However at the same time it takes a lot of awareness to be able to recognise what affects us and in what way.
