The intention of SOUL MEDICINE is to offer you, the listener, ways to reconnect to your soul.   This week I wanted to talk about PAIN AS A TEACHER.  This podcast was inspired by my recent trip to Europe and how I used the physical pain of hurting my knee, to unlock and awaken the deeper meaning behind physical pain.  Remembering that you are so much more than this body is liberating and so very enlightening.
