Hannah Kat & Melissa Dragon discuss what to do in the face of fear in order to overcome doubt and anxiety and stay true to yourSELF. By bringing awareness to our feelings and emotions, we can change how we respond to situations and in turn, begin to retrain our brains to see events in our lives with more clarity. When we claim our feelings and allow ourselves to feel, we can then CHOOSE to move forward from a place of presence into newfound opportunities.
