Its Christmas again and it has seemed to come around fast – at least to me!

I would like to thank each and every one of you for being in my life and supporting me through a very difficult yet defining year … thank you … you have all helped carry me energetically.

Hi … Cheryl Ueding here … Merry Christmas and Welcome to another short episode of Soul Star Connections webTV … and to another opportunity for you to shift gears in your life.

I would like to thank all of you for being a part of my life this year … a year that has been both a tumultuous year and a defining year in my life. It has seen us with the full-time care of my father until he broke his hip and went back into the system and no longer in family care.

This year has seen preliminary consent to our development application for Soul Star Café – our new baby. It has seen the building of the carpark which is necessary for us to begin operations – and I am still hopeful that it will see the final approval before the new year period. It has seen Rachael Anderson join our team and become an integral part of Soul Star Café.

It has seen the 3rd birthday of my eldest grandchild, Erika, and the 1st birthday of my youngest littlie, Serena Grace.

It has seen the birth of my first book – Embraced by the Divine – one which I have co-authored and which I feel extremely honoured and privileged to be a part of this collaboration with these very special women and this very special project. We are trusting that millions of women will be touched by this book and be inspired to regain any loss of power somewhere in their life which may need to happen.

It has seen our town nearly wiped out by bushfires back in January and, again, as I am recording this our town is co-ordinating bushfires very close by. These situations make you realise just how tenuous life can be, yet again, and how insignificant material objects really are. I know on both occasions all I wanted was my computer and my home study courses – the rest was irrelevant. They represent to me my legacy which I will leave behind.

And now its Christmas. What a year! What milestones! What milestones have you achieved this year? At first I thought “How do I fit Christmas in?” But we have to. Why? Let me tell you one very good reason why.

Christmas offers us an opportunity to appreciate those people who have played a role in our life – somehow, somewhere, someway – whether it be a significant role or just being there in the background maybe ready to be there if you need them or just supporting you from a distance – just being interested in your life.

It’s a time when we can just stop and appreciate that.

Christmas offers us an opportunity to shift energy – to shift energy in our body and to shift energy collectively. It offers us the opportunity to shift our vibration. It only takes 64 seconds for you to hold a feeling in your body for it to change, to change the energy and shift your vibration. That’s powerful. We can do it on a personal scale but at Christmas time we do this collectively and when we do it collectively we get the opportunity to shift the vibration of the planet as well – and that’s extremely powerful. So whether you do it personally or collectively it’s a great motivator for us to stop, rest, share and celebrate Christmas. It’s a time to stop and spread some love, share some love … to

those around you, to those you know, to those you don’t know, to those who have any way somehow shaped your life – even if you just stop for the 64 seconds … or perhaps in blocks of 64 seconds.

So stop and celebrate your milestones. Appreciate those around you who may have helped you achieve your milestones – whether they be significant or just quietly there. They may be a friend, a colleague, a brother, a sister, a parent, a distant relative or a neighbour. Let them know how important they are to you – just as you have been to me. May be create yourself a Celebration Board.

So … appreciate … celebrate … and do this before you set your new intentions and your new goals for next year. It will give you a burst of energy. It will pump you up … it will give you that platform on which to create your new goals.

All of you have played a role in my life some how. Some how we have been connected this year. You may be a member of my family, you may be a colleague you may be a friend, you may be a helper, you just may be a part of my on-line family who is interested in Soul Star Connections and what we are about … but all of you have been significant. You have been there and helped carry me along particularly when times have been tough – and we’ve had some tough times over the last 12 months and I thank you. Thank you for just being there. Thank you for being there waiting for me to pick up the pieces again. Thank you for being there and I wish you the most beautiful and peaceful Christmas and a healthy and prosperous new year.
