Sometimes life takes you up through a rabbit hole when we put others' needs in front of our own needs and wants. The creation of silent expectations that others do the same for us, ends up making it difficult to be happy because we give so much power to others instead of giving the power to ourselves. Most of the time we are conditioned to say yes to others, but in reality when we say yes to things we don't want and need, we are saying no to ourselves.
