Verse 1 -4

We need to deepen our experience with God. When we seek to please God, he in turn shows himself to us. We get to know him in a deeper way as a result of our thirst for him. What an honour to be invited to partake in the kingdom of God. The greatest invitation we could have ever received. Sometimes we take this invitation for granted. It is greater than invitations from the Queen of England and the President of the United States combined.
