Surrender can feel like an impossible task when you’re bombarded with pressures that you’ve never likely had to deal with before. That said, surrender is precisely the soothing balm that we need right now in order to reset our nervous systems and pivot from the polarizing judgments and characterizations that contract us and cut us off from the limitless possibilities that are available to us.
